How soon can I walk on my floors after refinishing?
Sock traffic typically after about 24 hours on a waterborne two-component finish; shoes and furniture later, and rugs last, once the finish has hard-cured. Oil-modified systems take longer at every stage. We leave the exact schedule for your finish in writing, because the most common way a new finish fails is a felt pad dragged across it on day two.
