How it works
Can we live in the house while floors are refinished?
Usually, yes. Dust-contained sanding and low-odour waterborne finishes make occupied refinishing the normal case in GTA houses and condos — we sequence rooms so you keep a bedroom and a path to the kitchen. The real constraint is cure windows: sock traffic typically after 24 hours on waterborne two-component, furniture later. We put the sequence in writing before we start.
