- Pass · Tread depth (run + nosing). 280 mm tread depth meets the 235 mm minimum.
- Pass · Nosing projection. 25 mm nosing is inside the typical 0–25 mm window.
- Pass · Handrail required. 915 mm handrail height sits in the 865–965 mm band.
- Pass · Graspable profile. 40 mm circular profile is graspable.
- Pass · Guard height. 900 mm meets the 900 mm dwelling-stair guard.
